Stay Eventful is an independent, early-stage project for finding football trips with more to experience than a single match. It is built and run by one person.

Trip planning is scattered.
Finding a fixture is easy. Working out whether it can become a worthwhile trip means checking clubs, cities, travel times, nearby matches, and other events across several different sources.
This project brings that context together so football fans can compare realistic options and understand why a destination might be worth the journey.
The name is a plain promise: wherever you stay for the match, the stay itself should be eventful. That felt right for a tool built around the idea that the trip is as important as the match.

Stay Eventful is an evolving MVP, currently focused on football destinations in Great Britain. The name, coverage, and product may change as the idea is tested.
It is designed, built, and maintained by Ole Christian Langfjæran, a developer from Norway, alone and in spare time. There is no company or team behind it.
Fixtures, event schedules, and travel information can change. Always verify important details with the club, event organiser, or transport provider before booking.
Football tickets
Official football tickets and fixture changes.
For football match tickets, Stay Eventful links to clubs and their authorised ticket partners. Many fixture buttons open a club's general ticket page or website rather than a match-specific purchase page, so you still need to choose the match and follow that club's sale process.
This is deliberate. In England and Wales, unauthorised sale or disposal of designated football tickets is restricted under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. Tickets from unauthorised sellers can also be cancelled, refused at the stadium, or leave you out of pocket.
If official tickets are sold out or members-only, check the club's own guidance for approved sellers, official ticket exchanges, membership or ballot requirements, sale windows, and matchday availability where the club offers it.
Football match dates and kick-off times can change because of broadcast selections, cups, postponements, policing, or other operational reasons. Check the club's site before booking travel or accommodation.
As a rule of thumb for travellers, treat matches several months away as provisional. Dates become more reliable after TV selections are published, and matches within the next month are usually safer, but not guaranteed.
